I need help.

So, very few of you know this but im applying to The Art Institute of Philadelphia within the coming months. Yes, i know chances of getting in are slim, but I've spoke with school representatives and they've given me a few pointers. One of which were to get a good portfolio together to submit when i apply. Again, i know my photography isn't the best, And i know i need more practice which is where you all come in. I'd like to know what you think i need work on, share a few pointers, some tips? And i ask you to please be honest. You will not offend me.

17, art in all forms is my passion. and your opinuin truly doesnt matter. I do what i do because it makes me happy. The effect it has on you isnt my problem.
I've noticed alot of people seem to think im bitchy, let me just say i'm really not. Yes i think my pictures are great, but that doesnt mean i think their better than yours. chances are yours are 20times better than mine. Im really sorry if anyone took offense to my 'about me' before. I apologize.
